Cold Calling - BDR

We are hiring a part time BDR to support outbound prospecting. This role is focused on cold calling to set meetings for our sales team. We sell business VOIP phone solutions, contact center solutions, and IT services. You do not need product knowledge to start as you will be provided a short "pitch". We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, consistent, and not afraid of hearing "no." What you will do • Make outbound cold calls to business contacts • Start conversations with decision makers • Qualify basic interest and fit • Schedule meetings for the sales team • Track call activity and outcomes What we are looking for • Comfortable speaking on the phone all day • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional tone • Resilient mindset. You take feedback and improve quickly Requirements • Must have your own laptop and headset • Reliable internet connection • Ability to work independently and stay organized Schedule • Part time (15-25 hours a week) • Flexible hours • No evenings and no weekends available
