# Commission-Only Appointment Setter / Cold Caller – AI SaaS (US Market) We're a growing AI SaaS company helping businesses across the United States automate and scale with AI solutions. We're looking for motivated appointment setters who are confident on the phone and want unlimited earning potential. Your role is **not to close sales**. Your job is to cold call businesses, qualify interested prospects, and schedule meetings on my calendar. I will handle all sales calls and closing. ## Compensation * **100% commission-only.** * **Earn $300 USD for every deal that closes from a meeting you booked.** * There is **no cap on commissions**—the more qualified meetings you book that convert into customers, the more you earn. ## What You'll Do * Cold call businesses in the United States using the contact lists we provide. * Speak with business owners and decision-makers. * Briefly introduce our AI SaaS solution. * Qualify interested prospects. * Schedule qualified meetings on my calendar. * Keep accurate notes in our CRM. ## We Provide * Business contact lists with phone numbers. * Cold calling scripts and training. * Product knowledge and onboarding. * Calendar booking system. * Ongoing support and coaching. ## Requirements * Strong spoken English. * Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required. * Confident speaking with business owners over the phone. * Self-motivated, consistent, and goal-oriented. * Available during U.S. business hours. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. ## Who Should Apply?
