YOUR JOB Cold call independent restaurants (we provide lead lists and a proven, tested call script), get the manager or owner on the phone, and get them to call our demo line. You book the follow-up; we close warm leads together. You fill the top of the funnel. HOW YOU GET PAID — HOURLY + COMMISSION - Base hourly rate (your Upwork rate) for calling hours — you're never working for free - BONUS: $25 for every booked follow-up call where the restaurant actually shows up - BONUS: $200 for every closed subscription that comes from your calls Our product is $249–$999/month recurring, so restaurants say yes. Realistic math: 15 hrs/week of disciplined dialing should produce 4–6 booked follow-ups and 1–2 closes — that's your base pay plus $300–$500/week in bonuses once you find your rhythm.
