Cold Calling Sales Rep (SaaS, Trucking Industry, High Commission)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to help grow our SaaS platform in the trucking industry. Our product helps trucking companies manage compliance documents (DOT, insurance, inspections) and avoid costly fines by keeping everything organized in one place. This is a part-time cold calling role (20h/week) focused on reaching trucking companies in the U.S. and converting them into paying customers. 🎯 Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls daily (40–70 calls/day) Reach decision-makers (owners / fleet managers) Present our solution clearly and confidently Handle objections and follow up with leads Track all activity (calls, notes, results) 👉 We focus on quality conversations, not just volume ✅ Requirements: Strong spoken English (VERY IMPORTANT) Comfortable with cold calling High energy and persistence Able to work independently Sales experience is a plus 💰 Compensation: Trial Phase (Hourly): $8–$12/hour 20 hours per week Performance Bonuses: $15 per closed subscriber (one-time) $5/month per active subscriber (recurring) 👉 Bonuses are paid weekly based on results. 🚀 Growth Opportunity: After a successful trial period, this role will transition into: Fixed monthly salary $750 same commission structure ($15 + $5 recurring) We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with us. 🧪 APPLICATION TEST (REQUIRED) To be considered, please include: A short voice recording (30–60 sec): 👉 Pretend you are calling a trucking company and introducing our product Answer this question: 👉 What would you say if a customer says “I’m not interested”? ❗ Applications without a voice sample will NOT be considered.
