Cold Calling Specialist for Real Estate

Whether you have previous cold calling experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. We're looking for someone who is committed, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with our company. Requirements 1. Fluent in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation. 2. Reliable high-speed internet connection. 3. A quiet work environment free from background noise. 4. A computer or laptop with a quality headset and microphone. 5. Able to work consistently during our required schedule. Compensation * **$4.00/hour** * **Paid training** * **$75 for every lead you bring and becomes a closed deal* We reward consistency, dedication, and strong performance. Growth Opportunity We believe in rewarding performance and promoting from within. If, within your first **6 months**, you generate **3 closed deals** from appointments you set, your hourly pay will increase from **$4.00/hour to $5.00/hour**, in addition to continuing to earn performance bonuses. What Your First Month Will Look Like **Weeks 1–2** * Paid one-on-one training * Learn our systems, scripts, and sales process * Practice handling seller conversations **Week 3 and Beyond** * Begin calling leads that we provide. * Record call notes and seller information in our spreadsheet/CRM. * Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve. Your Responsibilities After training, your typical workday will include: * Calling motivated seller leads that we provide. * Working approximately **12:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST**. * Following our proven call script. * Building rapport with property owners. * Identifying motivated sellers and setting appointments. * Recording detailed notes after every conversation. * Submitting an end-of-day work report. * Participating in coaching and quality assurance reviews (calls are recorded for training purposes). We're Looking For Someone Who Is * Fluent in English with clear pronunciation. * Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone. * Reliable and punctual. * Comfortable talking to new people. * Coachable and eager to learn. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Interested in a long-term opportunity. **Previous real estate or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required.
