Cold Calling for App Sign-Ups

Summary

We need a freelancer to cold call a contact list of businesses to encourage sign-ups for our app. Payment will be based on time, plus additional compensation for each business that signs up and lists items on the app. Work will be tracked through a CRM, including call recordings, whether the business signed up, and whether they answered. We will start with a test city, refine the sales pitch, and move to our target city once we identify a successful approach.
