Cold Calling for Contact Emails

I need a freelancer to call phone numbers I provide and try to get contact emails from the people reached. The goal is to collect accurate email addresses through professional, polite outreach. You should be comfortable handling rejection, staying persistent, and following up when needed. Please share your experience with cold calling, how you handle difficult conversations, and your success rate in obtaining contact information. this is a one time job with about 8000 entries to be called.
