Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven B2B cold caller to contact dental offices, group practices, and DSOs (Dental Service Organizations) on our behalf. Your goal is to introduce our lab services, qualify decision-makers (dentists and office managers), and schedule appointments or callbacks for our sales follow-up team. To be considered, begin your application with the phrase: "Dental Lab Pro" — applications that do not include this phrase will not be reviewed. Responsibilities: Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to dental offices using a provided contact list Introduce Rutherford Dental Lab and qualify prospects Schedule appointments or callbacks with decision-makers (dentist, practice owner, or office manager) Log all call activity and outcomes in a shared tracking sheet (Google Sheets or CRM provided) Report daily metrics: calls made, contacts reached, appointments set Follow up with warm leads via phone You Are a Strong Fit If You: Have prior B2B cold calling experience, especially in medical, dental, or healthcare industries Are comfortable speaking with dental office managers and clinical staff Have a clear, professional phone voice and speak fluent English Can handle common objections like "We already have a lab" with confidence and tact Are self-motivated, consistent, and metrics-driven Have experience with CRMs or call-tracking spreadsheets Are available during Pacific Time business hours (9am–5pm PT) What We Provide: Detailed call script and objection-handling guide Targeted contact list of dental offices Shared tracking sheet or CRM access Weekly 1:1 coaching call to review results and refine approach Engagement Details: Type: Hourly, long-term (6+ months) Hours: 20–40 hrs/week Rate: $6–$15/hr based on experience Start: ASAP Screening Questions: Have you made outbound B2B calls to medical or dental offices?
