**Title:** Cold Calling Sales Representative for AI Startup **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced cold calling sales representative to help us with outbound customer outreach for AZcare, a Bay Area AI startup building AZcall, a reliable AI-calling agent that helps users and businesses complete real-world phone workflows. The role will focus on calling potential customers, introducing our solution, qualifying interest, and helping schedule follow-up meetings with our team. **Responsibilities:** * Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects * Clearly explain our product and value proposition * Qualify potential leads based on interest and fit * Book meetings or demos for our team * Track call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions * Provide feedback on prospect objections and messaging **Ideal Candidate:** * Strong experience with cold calling and outbound sales * Excellent spoken English * Comfortable speaking with business professionals * Able to quickly understand and explain a new technology product * Professional, reliable, and organized * Experience selling SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, HR technology, or B2B software is a plus * Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead lists is a plus **About Us:** AZcare is developing AZcall, an AI-calling agent designed to make phone-based workflows more reliable and efficient.
