Responsibilities Instantly Infrastructure Setup • Set up and manage Instantly workspaces • Configure sending domains and inboxes • Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, and other deliverability settings • Manage inbox warm-up and account rotation • Create scalable outbound sending infrastructure Campaign Creation & Management • Build and launch cold email campaigns • Set up sequences, follow-ups, and automation rules • Segment prospects and organize lead lists • Monitor campaign performance daily • Manage inbox replies and campaign health Deliverability Management • Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement • Identify and resolve deliverability issues • Keep bounce rates and spam complaints low • Optimize sending volumes and inbox utilization • Recommend best practices for scaling outreach safely Campaign Optimization • Test subject lines, messaging, and sending schedules • Analyze open rates, reply rates, and positive response rates • Continuously improve campaign performance • Recommend new campaign strategies and targeting opportunities Ideal Candidate • Extensive hands-on experience with Instantly • Strong understanding of cold email deliverability • Experience setting up domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC • Experience managing multiple campaigns and inboxes simultaneously • Comfortable troubleshooting technical email issues • Data-driven and focused on measurable results
