Cold-Email Deliverability & Inbox Infrastructure Specialist

We run multi-client B2B outbound (DACH) on Instantly and need someone to own our sending infrastructure on an ongoing basis — not a one-time setup. You'll own: - Provisioning domains + inboxes on our own Google Workspace / M365 tenants + Cloudflare DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, redirects) - A rolling warm-up program so we always have warm inboxes in reserve - Monitoring inbox placement and rotating unhealthy inboxes out of campaigns (and back in once recovered) - Diagnosing/fixing deliverability issues before domains burn - A weekly health snapshot Must have: 2+ yrs hands-on cold-email deliverability at scale · Instantly/Smartlead power user · Google Workspace + M365/Exchange admin · strong DNS · you know why domains burn, not just the buttons. Nice: German (DACH/UWG/GDPR aware) · light API/scripting. Engagement: Ongoing retainer, ~10–15 hrs/week to start, CET overlap, fast response on issues. Fractional to start, can grow.
