# Email Operations Specialist & Copywriter We are looking for an experienced **Email Operations Specialist and Copywriter** to help manage large-scale cold email infrastructure, lead generation, data enrichment, and outbound email campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of cold email operations and the copywriting side of creating high-performing outreach campaigns. ## Responsibilities * Manage and optimize cold email campaigns using **ReachInbox** and **Instantly** * Create, test, and improve outbound email sequences * Write compelling cold email copy, follow-ups, and campaign messaging * Build email sequences using **spintax** while maintaining natural, personalized messaging * Perform Google Maps scraping to build targeted prospect lists * Use AI scraping tools and automation platforms to collect and organize lead data * Set up and manage automated data enrichment workflows * Build and maintain workflows in **n8n** * Create and manage cPanel email accounts * Set up and manage Google Workspace and Zapmail email accounts * Monitor inbox health, sending performance, deliverability, and domain reputation * Monitor server health and identify email infrastructure issues * Handle basic server administration related to email configuration, DNS, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and mail routing * Troubleshoot issues with domains, inboxes, SMTP connections, and email sending infrastructure * Keep lead lists, campaign data, and operational documentation organized ## Requirements * Proven experience using **ReachInbox** and/or **Instantly** * Experience managing mass email or cold email campaigns at scale * Strong cold email copywriting skills * Experience writing multi-step email sequences, follow-ups, and spintax-based campaigns * Experience with Google Maps scraping and lead generation * Familiarity with AI scraping tools and data enrichment platforms * Experience building automations in **n8n** * Familiarity with cPanel email accounts, Google Workspace, and Zapmail * Basic knowledge of email infrastructure, including SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC * Ability to monitor server health and troubleshoot basic email-server issues * Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication * Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance ## Preferred * Experience with deliverability optimization and inbox warming * Experience managing multiple domains and inboxes * Familiarity with Cloudflare DNS management * Experience working with high-volume B2B lead generation campaigns * Experience using spreadsheets, CRMs, APIs, or automation tools to manage lead data Please include examples of cold email copy, campaigns, automations, scraping workflows, or email infrastructure you have managed. Compensation & Hours Pay: $10 USD per hour Hours: 20–40 hours per week, depending on workload and performance This is an ongoing role for someone who can take ownership of email operations, lead generation workflows, and outbound campaign execution.
