# Cold Email Expert Needed (Smartlead / Instantly / Deliverability) We're looking for an experienced cold email expert to help us build and scale outbound campaigns. ### Responsibilities * Set up and manage cold email infrastructure * Configure domains, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inboxes * Warm up email accounts * Build and optimize Smartlead campaigns * Monitor deliverability and inbox placement * Reduce spam rates and improve open/reply rates * Create and optimize campaign sequences * Troubleshoot deliverability issues * Scale campaigns while maintaining strong sender reputation ### Requirements * Proven experience with Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms * Strong understanding of cold email deliverability * Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and DNS records * Knowledge of domain rotation, mailbox management, and warm-up strategies * Experience scaling campaigns to thousands of emails per day * Ability to provide examples of previous results ### Bonus * Experience with AI personalization * Experience with Clay, Apollo, ListKit, or other lead data providers * Experience integrating with CRMs such as GoHighLevel * Experience building outbound systems for agencies When applying, please include: 1.
