Cold Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Expert using Smartead/Instantly

We’re looking for a technical cold email expert to own our email infrastructure and keep our domains out of spam. You’ll set up, warmup, and manage sending infrastructure on Smartlead or Instantly for B2B outreach campaigns. What you’ll do: 1. Infrastructure setup: Configure new domains, subdomains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, custom tracking domains. Ensure 10/10 mail-tester score. 2. Warmup + deliverability: Manage warmup schedules, inbox rotation, daily volume limits, and bounce/complaint handling. Monitor sender reputation on Google Postmaster, MXToolbox. 3. Smartlead/Instantly management: Build sending accounts, assign inboxes, set daily limits, configure email accounts, handle sync issues. 4. Monitoring + fixes: Track deliverability metrics daily. Fix spam issues, blacklist removals, Gmail promotions tab problems fast. 5. Compliance: Ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliant setup with proper opt-out links + unsubscribe handling. Must-have requirements: 1. Proven experience setting up cold email infrastructure for 10+ domains 2. Expert in Smartlead OR Instantly - show us accounts/campaigns you’ve managed 3. Deep knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking, DNS setup 4. Track record of fixing deliverability issues + keeping inbox placement 90% 5. Familiar with warmup tools, MXToolbox, Google Postmaster Tools Nice-to-have: Experience with lead gen tools like Clay, Apollo, NeverBounce. Basic understanding of email copy/sequences is a plus.
