Cold Email Infrastructure Specialist — Instantly Setup + Domain About Us Siento is a peer support network platform built for first responder agencies — fire, EMS, and law enforcement. We're a mission-driven B2B SaaS company selling into government agencies and public sector wellness coordinators. Deliverability matters to us more than volume; our prospects are sensitive buyers and our sender reputation is part of our credibility. What We Need We're looking for an experienced cold email infrastructure specialist to stand up our Instantly.ai setup end-to-end and provide hands-on support through the first month of sending. Scope of work: Configure 3-5 new sending domains (we'll cover domain costs separately) Set up Google Workspace (2-3 per domain) with proper user records Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records correctly for each domain Connect all inboxes to Instantly and configure warmup settings appropriately Implement custom tracking domains and forwarding redirects to our primary site Set up reply handling, unsubscribe flows, and bounce management Document the full setup in a handoff doc (logins, DNS records, naming conventions, warmup schedule) Provide responsive support during the first 30 days post-warmup: troubleshooting deliverability dips, reviewing inbox placement, adjusting send volumes, and answering questions as we launch our first campaigns What You'll Bring 5+ years specifically in cold email infrastructure and deliverability Demonstrated Instantly.ai expertise (please share examples or screenshots from past setups) Deep working knowledge of email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), DNS, and inbox provider quirks Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 admin Clear written communication — we'll need documentation we can hand to the next person Bonus: experience selling into government, public sector, or regulated buyers Deliverables Fully configured Instantly account with all inboxes warming and healthy DNS records documented per domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking) Written handoff doc covering the full setup, credentials, and operating playbook 30 days of as-needed support (Slack, email, or async Loom — we're flexible) Engagement & Budget This is a fixed-price project covering both initial setup and 30 days of post-launch support.
