Cold Email Infrastructure & n8n Automation Specialist: Apollo.io + DNS Setup (4 Domains)

Looking for a technical specialist to build and configure a high-velocity cold email outbound engine. We have a paid Apollo.io account and four dedicated secondary sending domains ready to go. The objective is to configure these assets correctly to ensure maximum inbox placement and protect our sender reputation. Scope of Work 1. Infrastructure & DNS Authentication Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for all 4 secondary domains to ensure high deliverability alignment. Set up unique tracking subdomains (CNAME records) for each of the 4 domains within our registrar and map them to Apollo as Custom Tracking Domains to isolate our tracking footprint. Connect all domains to Google Postmaster Tools for real-time monitoring of domain reputation and spam complaint rates. 2. Apollo.io Mailbox Configuration Connect all 4 mailboxes to our paid Apollo account. Configure automated Mailbox Rotation across our active sequences to evenly distribute sending volume. Establish optimal technical throttles within Apollo: cap daily sending volume strictly at 30 to 50 interactions per inbox, and set randomized sending delays (300 to 600 seconds) between messages. Initialize a 14-day technical warm-up protocol for all new domains before live sequences launch. 3. Data Hygiene & Formatting Workflow Set up a clean, lightweight automation pipeline in n8n to handle data formatting for our lead lists. Ensure the workflow cross-references our exported contact data against our list-cleaning accounts to automatically filter out bad records and syntax errors before they are imported back into Apollo. Requirements Proven track record with cold email deliverability infrastructure, domain rotation, and DNS management. Deep operational familiarity with Apollo.io workspace settings. Experience building data formatting workflows using n8n to connect webhooks. High attention to technical detail, visual clarity, and high-velocity execution.
