Cold Email / LinkedIn Outreach Specialist for B2B Lead Generation

We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist to generate qualified B2B sales meetings through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or both. You will own the outreach process, including lead research, list building, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building outbound campaigns that consistently generate qualified opportunities. Responsibilities • Research and source qualified B2B prospects based on our target customer profile. • Build, launch, and optimize cold email and/or LinkedIn outreach campaigns. • Manage lead verification, enrichment, and email deliverability. • Write personalized outreach messages and continuously improve campaign performance. • Monitor campaign metrics and provide recommendations based on results. Requirements • Proven success booking qualified B2B meetings through cold email or LinkedIn. • Experience with platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, or similar. • Strong understanding of email deliverability and outbound best practices. • Excellent written communication skills. • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
