We’re looking for a reliable cold email / outbound operator to help us test and run outbound campaigns for our automation agency. We build Lead Intake + Follow-Up Control Systems for service businesses. In simple terms, we help businesses stop losing leads by building systems that capture every inquiry, follow up fast, book the next step, recover stale leads, and show the owner where every lead stands. This is not a generic VA role. We need someone who can help with list building, cold email campaigns, reply handling, basic qualification, and booking qualified sales calls. What We’re Selling Our core offer is a Lead Intake + Follow-Up Control System. This helps businesses that get leads from websites, ads, Google, referrals, forms, or quote requests but do not have a clean system for: Fast lead response Follow-up automation Booking estimates, calls, tours, or walkthroughs No-show follow-up Stale lead recovery Proposal/quote follow-up Pipeline tracking Owner visibility The goal is not to sell random automations. The goal is to find businesses where leads are slipping through the cracks and book qualified calls with owners/operators who want that fixed. Niches We’re Testing We are starting with three target markets: High-ticket home services / home improvement Roofing Remodeling Restoration HVAC Windows/siding Concrete/paving Garage doors Commercial cleaning / janitorial / facility services Commercial cleaning companies Janitorial companies Facility maintenance Commercial landscaping Security companies Waste removal Event venues / wedding venues Wedding venues Event venues Catering companies Event rental companies High-end event planners We are not looking for someone to blast random businesses. We want controlled testing, clean targeting, and accurate tracking. Responsibilities You will help with: Building targeted prospect lists Finding business owners, founders, operators, or decision-makers Verifying emails Preparing outbound campaigns Writing or improving simple cold email copy Sending campaigns through approved tools Managing replies Filtering interested responses Booking qualified calls Tracking every lead and reply clearly Reporting campaign results You should be comfortable working from a defined offer and testing different niches/angles. What Counts as a Qualified Meeting A qualified meeting means the prospect: Runs a real business in one of our target niches Has a lead intake, follow-up, booking, quote, or pipeline problem Is the owner/operator/decision-maker or has direct access to them Can realistically afford a paid system build Shows up to the scheduled call Is not just curious, fake, irrelevant, or another agency fishing for ideas Booked calls that no-show do not count unless they reschedule and actually attend. Unqualified calls do not count. We care about quality, not calendar volume. Compensation Model We want to start with a small paid test project first. After the test, this can move into an ongoing performance-based role. The ongoing model will be based around: Qualified showed meetings Potential closed-won bonuses Clear tracking inside our CRM/sheet No payout for no-shows No payout for unqualified meetings We are not listing exact numbers here because we want to first evaluate fit, list quality, campaign quality, and reliability. If you are only looking for hourly admin work with no performance accountability, this is probably not the right fit. If you are good at outbound and can consistently create qualified sales opportunities, this can become a long-term role. But you do need to be organized, accurate, and able to follow a process. What We Do Not Want Please do not apply if: You only scrape huge low-quality lists You send spammy copy You cannot track your work You do not understand reply management You book unqualified calls just to hit numbers You need constant hand-holding You are not comfortable being measured by results You use fake claims, fake case studies, or misleading personalization We want clean, professional outbound. First Test Project For the first test, we will likely have you work on one niche first. The test may include: Building a small targeted lead list Finding owner/operator contacts Verifying emails Writing or improving a simple campaign angle Preparing a short outbound sequence Tracking everything in a sheet If the test is strong, we will continue into the full outbound campaign and performance-based appointment-setting structure.
