Cold Email Outreach Expert Needed (A-Z: Setup, Deliverability, Copywriting & Campaign Management)

We're BuzzProspect LLC, a B2B outbound growth agency running cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for clients across multiple industries. We're looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Specialist who can independently manage the entire process from domain setup to booked meetings, no hand holding required. You must be able to handle end to end: 1. Domain & Infrastructure Setup - Purchase and configure sending domains - Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly - Connect mailboxes to Instantly or Smartlead 2. Warm-Up & Deliverability - Run structured mailbox warm up sequences - Monitor and maintain inbox placement, spam rate, and domain reputation scores - Troubleshoot and fix deliverability issues (recover domains from spam folder placement if needed) 3. List Building & Verification - Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or similar tools - Apply precise filters (job title, industry, company size, etc.) based on ICP - Verify all lists through MillionVerifier or equivalent before sending 4. Copywriting & Campaign Strategy - Write cold email sequences (subject lines, opening lines, follow ups) tailored to the target audience - A/B test subject lines and messaging for optimal reply rates - Adjust campaigns based on performance data 5. Campaign Management & Reporting - Launch and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Track key metrics: sent, open rate, reply rate, opportunities generated - Provide clear weekly/bi-weekly reporting with actionable insights 6. Lead Handoff - Qualify replies and flag hot leads/opportunities - Maintain organized tracking sheets (CRM or spreadsheet based) Requirements: - Proven experience running full cycle cold email campaigns (not just list building or just copywriting, must own the whole process) - Strong working knowledge of Instantly, Smartlead, or similar cold email platforms - Experience with SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and email deliverability troubleshooting - Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools - Strong written English for copywriting - Comfortable working across multiple industries and ICPs - Portfolio with real, verifiable results (screenshots, dashboards, case studies preferred) Nice to Have: - Experience with LinkedIn outreach as a complementary channel - CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho) - Agency background managing multiple client accounts at once How to Apply: Please include in your proposal: 1.
