About us Shopify agency working with international clients. We're launching a cold email channel to acquire new clients among e-commerce brands and are looking for someone to build this machine and run it on an ongoing basis. Scope of work Phase 1 - Infrastructure setup: Purchase and configure sending domains, Google Workspace mailboxes DNS records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, verification via mail-tester Instantly setup: mailbox connection, warmup, custom tracking domain, sending limits We have a ready step-by-step guide - we need capable hands and real understanding of what you're doing Phase 2 - Ongoing operations: Building target store lists (StoreLeads, Apollo): exports by criteria, founder contact enrichment, email verification First-line personalization (AI-assisted + manual review) Campaign management in Instantly: launches, sequences, limits, monitoring Deliverability control: bounce rate, domain and mailbox health, reacting to issues A/B testing subject lines and copy (email templates provided by us) Short weekly report with numbers: sent, delivered, opened, replies NOT in scope: sales and lead conversations - replies are handled by our sales manager. Your zone is keeping the machine running and the emails landing in the inbox. Requirements Hands-on experience with Instantly or Smartlead - mandatory (state in your proposal how many mailboxes/domains you've run simultaneously) Experience building and enriching lead lists (Apollo, StoreLeads, Clay or similar) Working knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC - you've set them up and verified them yourself Written English good enough to review short personalized first lines Active use of AI tools in your workflow Precision with data and spreadsheets, self-managed Nice to have: your own StoreLeads access, background with e-commerce/DTC brands
