We're looking for a full-time team member, so if you're an agency, please skip this. ✅ About ZHS Ecom: Premium email & SMS agency for DTC brands. $50M+ in attributed revenue, 50+ clients, 10–35% average revenue lift. We ship better work than freelancers can alone because of how our pods are built: - Copywriter / strategist - Designer - Account manager (this role) - Klaviyo tech Four people, one brand. You run the pod. ✅ What You'll Own: - 4–8 DTC accounts end-to-end: strategy calls, weekly updates, monthly reports - Coordinate 6–12 unique emails/day across your pod, on quality and on deadline - Lead 15–20 min daily pod huddles to align priorities and unblock the team - QA every email before it reaches the client - you are the last line of defense - Update clients 3x/week minimum via Slack or calls. They should never have to ask for status - Manage all Asana workflows: task creation, timelines, assignments - Handle scope: process client requests, push back when needed, protect team capacity - Deliver weekly KPI reports, monthly recap + 1:1 calls, and keep the client roster updated every Friday - Use AI (Claude/ChatGPT) daily to compress grunt work and focus on strategy ✅ You're a Fit If You Have: - 3+ years in account management or client services, ideally at an agency - Hands-on Klaviyo expertise across strategy, flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability (not just "I've used it") - Strong data and reporting skills - you can read KPIs and turn them into recommendations - A PM backbone. Asana preferred, but any PM tool experience works - Native or fluent English, written and verbal. You represent ZHS on every client call - Active daily user of AI workflow tools (non-negotiable) - Calm under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback - Based in Latin America and working in a LATAM timezone ✅ What You'll Get: - $2,500–$5,000 USD/month base + monthly team performance bonus (based on pod KPIs) - Equivalent to $16–$28/hr at 40 hrs/week (Upwork hourly contract) - All tools provided: Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Klaviyo, AI tools - Lead accounts for recognizable brands across supplements, skincare, wellness, lifestyle & more - Remote, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, standard business hours. No weekend or after-hours expectations - PTO that grows with you (up to 21 days/year) + flexible paid sick days - Clear growth path as we scale. Top AMs move into Senior AM and Pod Director roles ✅ Our Hiring Process: - Interview #1 (30 min call): CV review and character fit. We talk about your experience, how you handle problems, and what ownership looks like to you. - Paid Trial Task (1–3 hours, 48–72 hours to complete): Mock Klaviyo account audit and strategic recommendations. Yes, it's paid. We don't ask for free work. - Interview #2 (30–60 min call): Deep dive on account management, client communication, team leadership, EQ, and problem-solving. - Offer: Compensation structure, start date, onboarding. You start on your preferred date.
