Cold Email Outreach and Marketing (Hands-On Implementation Partner)

I'm looking for an experienced cold email expert to help me build a complete outbound system from the ground up. This is not a "done-for-you" role. I'm looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, teaching, and building alongside me. My goal is to understand and own every part of the infrastructure rather than outsourcing it behind the scenes. What I Need Help With: Domain and email account setup DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Deliverability and warm-up Cold email infrastructure Campaign setup and automation Lead sourcing and verification Scaling best practices SOPs and documentation What I'm Looking For: Proven experience building successful cold email systems Strong understanding of deliverability Excellent communication and responsiveness Willingness to meet over Zoom and explain decisions Able to create clear SOPs and documentation Transparent, collaborative, and organized I want someone who treats this as a partnership—not someone who simply works in the background.
