Cold Email Setup & Deliverability Consultant

We are an SEO agency doing manual cold email outreach to acquire backlink opportunities. We are looking for an experienced cold email consultant who can recommend the best email hosting setup and handle the setup themselves. We currently use Google Workspace, but we want to create 2 additional email aliases/accounts outside Google Workspace specifically for manual outreach. What we need: Recommend the best email hosting option based on quality, deliverability, and pricing Compare options such as Hostinger, Namecheap, or other reliable providers Set up the 2 new email accounts/domains Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other necessary DNS settings Advise on safe sending limits and basic warm-up/deliverability practices Recommend the best setup for long-term manual outreach We will send emails manually, not through automated bulk-email software. You must have hands-on experience setting up email infrastructure for cold outreach. Please mention similar setups you have completed and the providers you have worked with.
