About the Project We build sports academy games — game-based learning products for K-12 classrooms. We need an experienced cold email operator to pitch our games to US teachers and drive sign-ups. The Campaign Audience: K-12 teachers, curriculum coordinators, and principals across the US Goal: Teacher sign-ups + demo bookings Volume: 3,000–5,000 emails/week to start, scaling based on results Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend What You'll Do Set up infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC Source and verify K-12 educator lead lists Write 3–5 touch email sequences and A/B test them Run campaigns in Instantly, Smartlead, or your preferred tool Monitor deliverability and reply rates; send weekly reports Requirements 2+ years running cold email campaigns with documented results (40%+ opens, 3%+ replies) Hands-on with Instantly.ai / Smartlead / Lemlist Strong grasp of email deliverability Experience with Apollo.io or similar for lead sourcing Excellent written English Bonus: Prior experience selling to K-12 schools or EdTech buyers.
