Cold Email and LinkedIn inbox manager (US timezones only)

Note: Please include the word OUTREACH in your proposal. Automated proposals will not be considered. We are an outbound agency doing cold email and cold LinkedIn on behalf of our clients. Our clients come from a lot of niches. The budget is per month. If you do good this will be a permanent role with us. Your job will be to monitor the cold messages that are sent to prospects and respond to them in less than 15 minutes from the moment they reply. We do campaigns in both EU and US but you will handle only the US campaigns. The responses are standardized, only in about 15% of the cases you need to deviate from the standard response and answer some questions. You will get added to our slack chat and you will be pinged when a new reply comes in instantly. Must be fluent in English. Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead, Aimfox, Heyreach, Instantly, Slack are a bonus.
