Cold calling

We are a licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider based in Virginia, serving patients and healthcare partners across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. We deliver home medical equipment — walkers, hospital beds, bathroom safety products, and more — directly to patients' homes within 24 to 48 hours through our network of major distributors. We are in growth mode and looking for an experienced outbound caller to build referral relationships with home health agencies, assisted living facilities, group homes, and care coordinators across our four-state territory. Your job is to make 40 to 50 outbound calls per day, reach discharge planners and care coordinators, introduce our company, handle objections professionally, and book 10-minute follow-up calls with interested decision makers. This is relationship-building work — not hard selling. We want you to position us as a reliable backup DME supplier so agencies feel comfortable adding us without dropping their current provider. All activity must be logged in Zoho CRM immediately after every call. No exceptions. You will also manage follow-up emails through Zoho Campaigns and flag hot leads to our team the same day. We provide everything you need: a detailed calling script, contact lists, state-specific phone numbers, and Zoho access. You bring the phone presence, the discipline, and the follow-through.
