Collaboration Opportunity-Small Villa Revit Project (Revit 2025) The scope of work would include producing plans, elevations, sections, and room data sheets. The Freelancer shall provide architectural drawing and detailing services based on sketches, Revit model files, and 3D views supplied by the Client. The scope includes the preparation and development of the following using Revit 2025: General Arrangement (GA) drawings: Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Selected detailed sections (as required). A minimum of six (6) 3D views of the building extracted from the provided Revit model (as pre-set by the Client, including existing camera views or perspectives), comprising: Four (4) exterior views (e.g., front, rear, and key perspectives), and Two (2) interior views, with specific locations/spaces to be agreed with the Client during review stages Room Data Sheets (RDS) for: Living rooms, Kitchen, Bathrooms / toilets / en-suites, Bedrooms, Hall areas (including staircase details), Terrace and jacuzzi areas All drawings and views shall align with the design intent and information provided by the Client.
