Colombian Tax Expert — Consultation + Ongoing Tax Filing for US Company's Contractors

We're a US-based company that works with independent contractors in Colombia, and we're looking for a Colombian tax professional to help us get this set up correctly. Phase 1 — Initial Consultation (~30 minutes): We need a short consultation to understand how the tax side works when Colombian contractors are paid by an American company. Specifically: - How contractors should be classified and report this income in Colombia - Any obligations on our side as the US payer - Best practices for structuring these relationships to keep everyone compliant Phase 2 — Ongoing Work (the bigger opportunity): We have roughly 50 Colombian contractors who will each need their annual tax returns prepared and filed. The company intends to cover this cost on their behalf. This would be recurring work every year for ~50 contractors at tax season.
