Colorist/Editor for Sports Images

I'm looking for an experienced colorist/editor to create a cohesive visual style across 20 sports images captured in a variety of lighting conditions. The goal is to develop a consistent look across the entire set while maintaining natural skin tones, accurate team colors, and a professional sports-photography aesthetic. When I say "cohesive," I'm referring to the type of consistency seen in photographers whose work maintains a recognizable visual identity regardless of location or lighting conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong color-grading skills, experience matching images shot under different lighting scenarios, and proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Please include relevant portfolio examples, preferably sports or action photography. This project requires thoughtful color work and image matching—not simply applying a preset or relying on AI-generated edits.
