Comic Book Writer for Cyberpunk Series

I am developing an original cyberpunk comic series called GhostNet Protocol. The story mixes mystery, action, crime investigation, psychological thriller, futuristic cities, memory manipulation, conspiracy, and character drama. I am looking for a comic book writer who can help turn my existing lore, characters, and story direction into a strong beat sheet, issue outline, and eventually a professional comic script. This is not a project where the writer is creating the world from scratch. I already have the main worldbuilding, canon, characters, factions, cities, themes, and opening story direction. I need someone who can help structure it into a readable comic format with strong pacing, mystery reveals, emotional character beats, action scenes, and page-turning tension.
