About the Role We are seeking an elite, systems-driven E-Commerce Brand Growth Director (internally referred to as "The Builder") to manage our aggressive 180-day brand acceleration pipeline. This is not a passive management or basic VA role. You will act as the core engine of value creation. Your mission begins the moment a new brand contract is signed. You will take raw catalog data, inject it into our operating system, engineer high-margin virtual product bundles, optimize the digital shelf, and aggressively scale sales velocity. At Day 180, you will deliver a stabilized, highly profitable brand to our operations replenishment team. If you understand the intersection of inventory databases, third-party accessory sourcing, logistics (DIM weights), and aggressive PPC architecture, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Across the 180-Day Pipeline 1. Database & Catalog Foundation (Days 1–5) Execute data intake from sales pipelines, auditing master SKU lists, logistics data, and pricing tiers. Build "Skeleton SKUs" in our ERP system with essential transactional and dimensions data to unblock purchasing workflows. Segment catalogs into strict operational tiers (Hero SKUs vs. Obsolete Inventory) to prioritize launch strategies. 2. Digital Shelf Enrichment & Margin Engineering (Days 6–30) Run rigorous demand forecasting using Keepa, Helium10, or equivalent tools to project 30/60/90-day launch ramps. Build full catalog listing assets (SEO, A+ Content, optimized mobile copy, backend search terms). Value-Add Bundling: Research customer paint points to engineer high-margin virtual kits. Source low-cost, high-perceived-value third-party accessories while strictly defending against unfavorable Dimensional Weight (DIM) shipping tiers. Execute a "Ghost Push" to syndicate optimized listings to Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify with 0 inventory to clear platform compliance hurdles before inventory lands. 3. Launch & Velocity Ignition (Days 31–90) Trigger the "System Wake-Up" immediately upon warehouse arrival, transitioning listings to active status without manual downtime. Deploy aggressive Top-of-Funnel advertising campaigns focusing on exact-match keyword bidding and competitor conquesting. Enroll items in seed review programs (e.g., Amazon Vine) and implement post-purchase review generation funnels. Conduct a 30-Day performance pivot, running A/B testing on primary images, pricing, and bundle configurations. 4. Margin Expansion & Team Handoff (Days 91–180+) Shift ad spend dynamically from lower-margin single items to higher-margin virtual bundles. Reclaim stagnant inventory by kitting slow-moving items as free value-add accessories for core Hero SKUs. Establish strict baseline reorder rules, lock in forecasting algorithms, and transfer day-to-day operations to our replenishment team via structured CRM workflows. Required Experience & Tool Stack Platforms: Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify. Analytics Tools: Expert-level mastery of Helium 10, Keepa, or equivalent market intelligence tools. Systems Architecture: Proven experience working inside ERP, WMS, and CRM environments. Logistics Literacy: Strong comprehension of master cartons, packaging dimensions, freight impacts, and third-party accessory sourcing pipelines. Marketing Mastery: Advanced Amazon PPC capability (Exact Match structures, Brand Defense, Negative Keyword Harvesting, ACoS containment).
