E-Commerce Brand & Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly capable e-commerce brand and growth operator to take full ownership of day-to-day brand execution for a premium wellness device launching in Australia, UK, and US in mid-2026. This is not a VA role. We are looking for someone who has genuinely grown a DTC consumer brand — increased Shopify revenue, built social followings from scratch, and developed UGC and creator content that converts. You will work directly with the founder and be given significant autonomy to execute across all brand touchpoints. About the Brand A premium Bluetooth-connected wellness device retailing at US$129. Launching into a genuinely underserved market with no direct competitor at this positioning level. Brand aesthetic is premium and minimal — think Oura Ring meets Aesop. What You Will Own Shopify Store Management (Designed) - Day-to-day store operations — product listings, collections, navigation, merchandising - Homepage and product page updates - Conversion rate optimisation — improving page layout, copy, and flow - Launch new products and collections - Monitor and report on store performance — conversion rate, AOV, revenue - Coordinate with 3PL partners on fulfilment and inventory UGC and Creator Development - Source, brief, and manage UGC creators via platforms or direct outreach - Develop detailed creative briefs for each creator - Review and approve creator content before deployment - Build and maintain a library of UGC assets for ad and organic use - Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers in the wellness and supplement space - Coordinate gifting and seeding programme Social Media (Channels established) - Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence - Develop and execute a content calendar - Schedule and post content consistently - Repurpose UGC and ad creative for organic social - Community management — respond to comments and DMs - Grow following from scratch — organic growth strategy, not just posting - Monitor performance and report on follower growth, reach, and engagement Email and SMS (Klaviyo, campaigns developed) - Execute Klaviyo campaigns as briefed - Monitor flow performance and flag issues - Manage list health and segmentation - Coordinate promotional calendar Creative Operations - Manage creative asset library - Brief static ad creative to designers using Canva or similar - Coordinate with performance marketer on creative deployment - Assist with AI-generated image and video content where relevant Reporting - Weekly performance report covering store revenue, social growth, UGC pipeline, and email performance What Success Looks Like in 60-90 Days - Shopify store fully optimised and conversion-ready for launch - 5–10 UGC creators briefed, filmed, and assets delivered - Instagram and TikTok growing consistently with daily posting cadence - Klaviyo campaigns executing on schedule - Clear weekly reporting rhythm established Required Skills and Experience - Proven Shopify experience — you must be able to share stores you have managed and demonstrate revenue growth - Hands-on social media growth experience — Instagram and TikTok specifically. Show us followings you have grown from scratch, not just maintained - UGC and creator management experience — you have briefed creators, reviewed content, and managed relationships - Klaviyo experience — flows and campaigns - Strong written English — you will be writing copy, briefs, and customer communications - Experience with consumer DTC brands — not local businesses or service providers - Strong organisational skills — you will be managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Preferred Experience - Wellness, health, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience - Canva or Adobe Express for basic creative production - AI image generation tools — Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar - TikTok Shop experience - Influencer marketing and gifting programme management - Experience launching a new brand from zero rather than just managing an established one Important: Do Not Apply If: - You have only managed local businesses or service-based companies - You cannot share specific examples of social followings you have grown or Shopify revenue you have driven - You are primarily a VA looking for admin work - You have no experience with consumer product brands - You do not have substantive experience with Shopify Compensation - Part-time to start — approx 20 hours per week until launch, scaling up to a full time role - Hourly rate preferred - Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business scales - Long-term relationship — we are building something and want someone who wants to grow with it To Apply, Please Include: - Links to Shopify stores you have managed — show us revenue growth if possible - Social media accounts you have grown — starting follower count, current count, and timeframe - One example of a UGC creator campaign you have managed — what was the brief and what was the result
