E-Commerce Customer Service Rep.

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dedicated, positive, and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. We serve a fast-paced market across Scandinavia and Northern Europe, and we need someone who understands the nuances of Western customer service. IMPORTANT: EXCLUSIVE COMMITMENT We are looking for a dedicated team member. We ONLY accept candidates who will work exclusively for us. This must be your only professional focus. YOUR ROLE • Ticketing & Support: Manage and resolve incoming inquiries via Dixa (experience with Zendesk/Freshdesk is also fine). • Internal Comm: We use Discord for all internal communication and weekly team meetings. • The "Human" Touch: You are the face of our company. You must be proactive, helpful, and genuinely "smiling" in your writing. REQUIREMENTS • Experience: Proficiency in at least one major ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Dixa, etc.). • Western Communication: You must understand Western communication styles. This means being friendly, empathetic, and comfortable using emojis/smileys. • Language: 100% fluent/affluent in English. • Market Fit: You must use a Western alias/professional name for all customer interactions. • Availability: Up to 48 hours per week.
