We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist who understands the full ecosystem of online sales channels and feels aligned with a mindfulness and conscious lifestyle. We are an established wellness and mindfulness brand focused on breathwork, stress reduction, and conscious living. Our products are designed to help people reconnect with themselves and bring mindfulness into everyday life. If you are highly organized, proactive, and understand how multiple sales platforms work together to grow a brand, we would love to connect. This role requires someone who can manage operations across multiple e-commerce channels while also helping generate new sales opportunities and partnerships. Your Responsibilities Customer Service •⁠ ⁠Respond quickly to customer requests via Freshdesk •⁠ Communicate with customers in a timely manner •⁠ ⁠Professional understanding of customer bases Sales & Lead Generation Support the growth of the brand by identifying new sales opportunities. •⁠ ⁠Research potential wholesale and retail partners •⁠ ⁠Identify influencers and wellness collaborators •⁠ ⁠Lead generation for corporate wellness programs •⁠ ⁠Outreach preparation for partnerships and collaborations •⁠ ⁠Support affiliate and creator programs Performance Monitoring •⁠ ⁠Track marketplace performance metrics •⁠ ⁠Monitor conversion rates and product performance •⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve listings and sales •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with marketing and content teams Required Skills •⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Customer service and Experience •⁠ ⁠Experience with inventory syncing tools or integrations •⁠ ⁠Understanding of e-commerce analytics and performance metrics •⁠ ⁠Experience with lead generation and partnership outreach • Up to date with all emerging AI tools Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: •⁠ ⁠Has 3+ years experience in e-commerce operations •⁠ ⁠Is extremely organized and detail oriented •⁠ ⁠Is comfortable working across multiple platforms •⁠ ⁠Understands the wellness, mindfulness, or conscious lifestyle space •⁠ ⁠Communicates clearly and proactively •⁠ ⁠Can take ownership of projects and follow through Most importantly, you resonate with a mindfulness-focused brand that promotes breathwork, calm, and conscious living.
