E-Commerce Operations & Payment Onboarding Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and fast-learning E-Commerce Assistant who wants to grow with us long-term. You will work closely with me and support several of our e-commerce clients with everything related to store setup, payment provider onboarding, operations, and communication. Your Responsibilities Build and set up e-commerce stores using Shopify, Shopline, Wix, and similar platforms Work with Claude Code and other AI-assisted coding / website-building tools Make technical adjustments to stores, landing pages, integrations, and website setups Prepare stores for payment provider applications Research suitable payment providers / PSPs that can be integrated via API or directly with our stores Handle merchant onboarding processes from start to finish Complete application forms using information and documents provided by our clients Communicate professionally with payment providers via email Follow up when additional information or documentation is requested Organize company, banking, store, and onboarding documentation Connect approved payment solutions with the stores Track different client applications and their current status Assist me with various daily e-commerce and operational tasks Experience We Are Looking For Experience with some of the following is a big advantage: Shopify Shopline Wix Claude Code / AI Coding Tools Website and Landing Page Building Basic HTML / CSS / APIs / integrations E-Commerce Store Building Payment Gateways / Payment Service Providers Merchant Onboarding / KYC / KYB Business Banking E-Commerce Operations Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads Creating and organizing ad creatives Product research General online business operations You do not need to know everything already, but you should be comfortable learning new tools very quickly. The Person We Want You should be: Extremely motivated Curious and willing to learn new things Technically interested Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Code A fast learner Good at researching solutions independently Organized and reliable Comfortable communicating with companies via email Able to manage several projects at the same time Interested in e-commerce, payments, marketing, technology, and online business Someone who does not give up when the first solution does not work Someone who actively searches for solutions instead of waiting for instructions Interested in taking more responsibility over time I am looking for someone who wants to grow into an important long-term role, not someone who only wants to complete simple tasks. If you already understand e-commerce, Shopify, Wix, Claude Code, payment providers, advertising, APIs, or online business, that is a major advantage.
