E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist — Photo Editing, WooCommerce, SEO/Yoast (CSS Experience Required) Description: We're an established building materials e-commerce company, adding a large batch of new products to our WooCommerce store (Flatsome theme). We're looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to handle product image editing, product listing setup, and on-page SEO. Scope of work: Edit product photos in Photoshop: background removal/cleanup, color correction, cropping to consistent ratio, resizing and exporting web-optimized images per our spec Follow our provided example image exactly for style consistency across the batch Upload and organize images in the WordPress media library with our SKU-based file naming convention Populate product listings from our master spreadsheet: titles, attributes/specs, categories Write product copy: descriptions and short descriptions based on spec sheets and reference materials we provide, matching our existing brand voice (examples supplied) On-page SEO for each product using the Yoast SEO plugin: SEO titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords, image alt text, and clean URL slugs — following our keyword targets and guidelines Make minor CSS adjustments as needed for product page presentation within the Flatsome theme (spacing, attribute table styling, gallery display fixes) Requirements: Strong Photoshop skills with batch/action-based workflows — please share a portfolio with product photography edits Hands-on WooCommerce experience (product creation, attributes, variations, CSV import) Proven e-commerce SEO experience, specifically with Yoast — you should understand focus keywords, meta optimization, and how to write titles/descriptions that rank and earn clicks Strong product copywriting skills — please include writing samples for physical products (building materials, home improvement, or outdoor living a big plus) Working CSS knowledge — able to troubleshoot and adjust product page styling; Flatsome/UX Builder experience a strong plus Native-level English writing Meticulous attention to detail with file naming and spec data accuracy Responsive communication and ability to hit agreed turnaround times Structure & pay: Fixed price per unit (per edited image set / per completed product listing including copy and SEO) — rate to be agreed based on your proposal. We'll start with a paid 5-product trial to confirm quality and fit before committing the full batch. Ongoing work is available for the right person, as we regularly add products across two e-commerce sites.
