Commercial Architect / Space Planner Needed for Luxury Salon Suite Layout & Contractor Drawings

I am in the process of purchasing an existing commercial building in Indiana and plan to convert the interior into a luxury salon suite facility. At this stage, I am looking for an experienced commercial architect or commercial space planner to develop an efficient, code-conscious floor plan that I can provide to contractors to obtain accurate construction estimates before moving forward with the build-out. I prefer to work with someone who has the technical expertise to prepare permit-ready construction drawings if we continue working together on the project. I'm looking for someone with real-world commercial construction knowledge, not just drafting experience. Experience with commercial tenant improvements, interior build-outs, space planning, interior spatial compliance, ADA accessibility, life safety requirements, and change-of-use or occupancy permit processes is highly preferred. Experience designing layouts for salons, salon suites, medical offices, or other multi-tenant commercial spaces would be a significant advantage. I'm looking for someone who understands how to maximize rentable space while maintaining an attractive, functional layout that complies with applicable Indiana building codes. Please note: This project may lead to additional phases, including permit-ready construction documents and revisions, so I am interested in building a long-term working relationship with the right professional.
