I need an experienced commercial architectural CAD drafter to turn my existing concept, measurements, and photos for an approximately 1,987-square-foot office/coworking remodel in Bullhead City, Arizona, into a complete permit-ready construction drawing set. This includes existing, demolition, and proposed plans; code analysis; occupancy, ADA, life-safety, and egress plans; reflected ceiling, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing layouts; schedules, details, 24×36 PDF sheets, editable CAD files, and permit-review corrections.
