Commercial / Bankruptcy Attorney Needed

We are a Florida-based wholesale distribution company seeking an experienced commercial/business attorney for an urgent supplier-credit matter involving a major distributor that has confirmed it is moving toward bankruptcy. Our company has historically maintained excellent credit and paid this supplier according to agreed terms. We currently have an outstanding accounts payable balance for previously delivered product, and the supplier has indicated that it holds a personal guarantee. At the same time, the supplier: Accepted significant purchase orders from our company for recurring deliveries through the remainder of 2026. Has now confirmed in writing that it cannot fulfill those accepted future orders. Has experienced significant operational disruption and has indicated that bankruptcy is forthcoming. Has an outstanding balance with the manufacturer whose products were being supplied to us. The sudden loss of this supply channel is creating substantial financial and operational damage to our company. We are being forced to establish alternative supply arrangements at increased cost while protecting a major customer relationship that is critical to keeping our business operating. We are seeking counsel to review the situation and advise us on: Our rights regarding the supplier's failure to fulfill accepted purchase orders. Potential breach of contract / UCC claims and damages. Setoff or recoupment rights against amounts currently owed. The impact of the supplier's anticipated bankruptcy. Review of the credit agreement and personal guarantee. Strategy for negotiating a reduced settlement of the outstanding account. Protecting the company and guarantor while maintaining business operations. We are not looking to avoid legitimate obligations. Our objective is to understand our legal position and negotiate a commercially reasonable resolution that allows the business to remain operational. We would prefer an attorney with experience in commercial creditor/debtor disputes, Chapter 11/business bankruptcy, UCC Article 2, supplier insolvency, personal guarantees, and negotiated debt settlements.
