Commercial Cleaning Appointment Setter (Commission Only)  ProCare Janitorial is looking for an experienced appointment setter and cold caller to help us generate new commercial cleaning accounts. (SoCal)  Responsibilities: • Cold call businesses daily • Send follow-up emails • Research decision makers • Build prospect lists • Follow up with prospects • Schedule walkthrough appointments Target Industries: • Property Management Companies • Apartment Communities • Shopping Centers • Medical Offices • Auto Dealerships • Industrial Buildings Requirements: • Strong English communication skills • Experience with B2B cold calling • Comfortable speaking with decision makers • Self-motivated and results-driven Compensation: • $50 per completed walkthrough • $500 per closed commercial cleaning account • Additional bonuses available for larger accounts IMPORTANT: Please start your proposal with the word "ProCare."
