The objective is to review and confirm business information for record-management purposes. This role is strictly focused on information validation and does not involve sales, promotions, customer acquisition, or telemarketing activities. Duties Place outbound calls to businesses using provided records. Verify information including ZIP codes, business services, contact details, and operating status. Follow provided call procedures and verification guidelines. Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout each call. Document responses and verification outcomes accurately. Submit completed work according to project requirements. Candidate Profile Must be based in the United States. Comfortable speaking with business representatives by phone. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow scripts and procedures consistently. Personal phone number required for the first verification call. Reliable internet access and phone connectivity. Project Process Initial qualification call required before project access. Successful applicants will receive further instructions and assignments.
