Summary

Need detailed shop drawings created from the attached construction plan set for all railing systems shown on the drawings. Deliverables shall include: • Complete railing layout plans and elevations • All field-verified dimensions and railing lengths • Post spacing and railing spans • Mounting and attachment details • Base plate details and anchor requirements • Connection details to structure/framing • Material schedule and member sizes • Weld requirements • Finish specifications • Code-compliant guardrail heights and openings • Fabrication-ready shop drawings in PDF format The drawings should be suitable for fabrication and installation, not just conceptual layouts. Fast turnaround required. Please provide estimated delivery time and ability to make revisions if required by the architect, engineer, GC, or owner.
