Commercial Real Estate Analyst for BOVs, Underwriting & CoStar Comp Research

We’re looking for a freelance Commercial Real Estate Analyst to assist our boutique brokerage team with ongoing Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) assignments for Colorado commercial properties. Typical work will include pulling CoStar sales and lease comparables, reviewing market data, analyzing rent rolls and financials when applicable, and helping us build well-supported valuation packages for multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use assets. Direct CoStar access is required for this role. The ideal candidate has prior experience with CRE valuation, underwriting, acquisitions analysis, or BOV preparation and can produce accurate, organized analysis with a reliable turnaround time. We’re looking for someone we can work with on a recurring basis as new assignments come in. Most assignments involve small to mid-size multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties in the Denver metro and mountain markets. We are open to either hourly or flat fee pricing per BOV/analysis package About Us: We are a boutique Colorado real estate brokerage team with an active focus on commercial investment sales, multifamily, land, and value-add opportunities. We are looking for an analyst who can plug into an existing workflow and support our team with reliable, well-supported valuation work on an ongoing basis.
