Commercial Real Estate / Private Lending Intake & Underwriting Support

818 Capital Partners is seeking a U.S.-based commercial real estate / private lending intake and underwriting support consultant on a trial basis. This is not a routine loan processor role. We already have support for standard RTL / DSCR processing. We are looking for someone more senior who can help review and organize commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, bridge, and private lending opportunities before they are sent to capital partners. Responsibilities may include: - Reviewing inbound commercial / multifamily deal packages - Identifying missing documents and key diligence gaps - Summarizing borrower, collateral, loan request, business plan, and exit strategy - Reviewing rent rolls, T-12s, leases, appraisals, payoff statements, entity documents, and financials - Creating a clean lender-facing or internal deal summary - Flagging key credit issues, structure questions, and lender-fit concerns - Helping determine what additional information is needed before capital partner outreach - Preparing files for submission to lenders / capital partners - Coordinating with the 818 team through Slack, email, Google Drive, and portal-based workflows Ideal background: - Commercial mortgage broker, CRE debt analyst, commercial loan underwriter, bridge lender analyst, or private lending capital markets support - Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, commercial bridge, small-balance commercial, DSCR, or private lending - Comfortable reviewing rent rolls, T-12s, leases, borrower financials, collateral packages, and loan requests - Able to turn messy inbound deal information into a clear summary, missing-items list, and next-step recommendation - Strong written communication and ability to work independently - U.S. business hours availability preferred Please include: 1.
