We are an investment banking firm advising the shareholders of a leading industrial automation company on a strategic sale process. The Information Memorandum (IM), Teaser, Financial Model, and all marketing materials have already been prepared. **No preparation work is required.** We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong network of **strategic acquirers** in the industrial automation, industrial technology, engineering, electrical systems, process control, and automation sectors. This engagement is **100% success fee-based**. We are seeking someone who can identify, approach, and generate discussions with qualified strategic buyers globally. ## Company Overview Project Atlas is a leading industrial automation and system integration platform with more than three decades of operating history. Our team will handle: * NDA process * Information Memorandum * Financial Model * Teaser * Q&A * Valuation discussions * Due diligence * Negotiations * Transaction execution Your primary responsibility is sourcing and engaging qualified strategic buyers. ## Compensation This engagement is **success fee only**. Compensation will be paid upon the successful completion of a transaction with a buyer introduced by you. ## Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in M&A or Corporate Development. * Existing relationships with industrial automation companies and strategic acquirers. * Experience introducing acquisition opportunities to strategic buyers. * Strong understanding of cross-border industrial transactions is preferred.
