Commercial Real Estate Researcher | Off-Market Multifamily Owner Lists I'm looking for an experienced commercial real estate researcher to become a long-term member of my acquisitions team. This is NOT a project to find properties currently listed for sale. I'm looking for someone who can research off-market multifamily property owners in Houston, Texas and build high-quality owner lists for direct outreach. Initial Acquisition Criteria Houston, TX Off-market properties only Multifamily only 5+ units Class A, B, or C properties only No Class D properties or neighborhoods Estimated property value of $300,000+ Occupied properties only Private owners preferred For Each Property Please Provide Property Address Number of Units Owner Name LLC (if applicable) Mailing Address Estimated Property Value Last Sale Date & Price (if available) 3–6 possible phone numbers At least one email address (when available) A spreadsheet template will be provided. Ideal Candidate Commercial real estate research experience Off-market owner research experience Skip tracing experience Strong attention to detail Excellent communication Initial Project We'll begin with a paid test project of 50–100 records. If the quality is excellent, I'm looking to build a long-term working relationship with ongoing projects and significantly larger batches as we expand into additional markets.
