Commercial Space Planner / Architect – Hyperbaric & Wellness Clinic Layout

Seeking a Commercial Architect to design a 1,200 SF hyperbaric wellness clinic. Responsibilities include creating a functional layout, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and optimizing space for hyperbaric chambers and client areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare facility design and be able to deliver a comprehensive design package. I’m looking for an experienced commercial architect or space planner to create 2–3 conceptual floor plan layouts for a new wellness clinic. This is NOT a permit set or construction drawings. I only need professional space planning to determine whether my desired equipment and workflow will fit efficiently into a 1,200-square-foot retail space before signing a lease. The clinic will include: * Reception desk * Client waiting area * Four hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers * Three private Red Light Therapy rooms 4’ x 7’ * Consultation office * Equipment room * Storage * ADA circulation * Existing restroom * Mechanical room considerations The equipment room must accommodate: * ON2 Aura 80 Oxygen Plant * ON2 HBOT Air Plant * Oxygen storage tank * Fresh-air intake * 1,500 CFM exhaust system I will provide: * Floor plan of the shell * Equipment dimensions * Equipment room requirements * Photos of the space * Operational workflow Deliverables: * Two or three optimized layout concepts * Furniture/equipment placement * ADA circulation * Suggested wall locations * Recommendations for patient flow and staff workflow I am evaluating two possible lease locations. One is a 1,200-square-foot retail shell that will require a custom build-out. The other is a 1,576-square-foot office that is already built out. The goal is to determine which space provides the best layout, patient experience, workflow, and future growth potential.”
