PAYMENT STRUCTURE & FINANCIAL PLANNING 1. Payment Terms – Split-Week Arrangement Per the Parties' discussion, the total sum of $500.00** shall be paid in **five (5) equal weekly installments of $100.00 each. Payments shall be made every Friday, beginning on June 26, 2026 and concluding on july 24, 2026. Each installment is due by 5:00 PM (local time) on its respective Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Financial Reconciliation & Forecasting Throughout this five-week period, the Parties shall jointly review and reconcile their financial records — including revenues, expenses, and receivables — to update short- and mid-term business forecasts. This process ensures both sides remain aligned on actual performance versus projections. 3. Tax Preparation & Compliance The Parties agree to organize all financial documentation needed for upcoming tax filings. This includes categorizing expenses, separating operational vs. capital costs, documenting all income, and preparing summary reports for each Party's tax advisor. All records shall be maintained in an audit-ready state per applicable tax laws. 4. Strategic Financial Organization for Growth Beyond compliance, the financial review is intended to: Identify cost inefficiencies and high-margin revenue streams; Establish quarterly financial benchmarks; Support data-driven decisions for staffing, inventory, or service expansion; Enable careful, measured scaling rather than unchecked growth. 5. Long-Term Business Foundation This structured approach aims to build a strong business foundation by: Fostering transparency and mutual accountability; Standardizing financial reporting practices; Minimizing future payment disputes or misinterpretations; Creating a repeatable model for future collaborations.
