Commission-Based Appointment Setter – Home Services (Paid on Upwork) Cold Calling

We are a fast-growing independent consultancy specializing in the home improvement sector (Contractors, Roofers, Remodelers). We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Calling & Appointment Setter to convert high-intent market signals into booked discovery calls. We provide the targeted lead lists via our internal database; you bring the grit, handling of objections, and closing skills to secure meetings on our calendar. Compensation Structure This contract is strictly performance-based and paid entirely through Upwork Milestones. Initial Escrow Setup: A minimal $5 placeholder milestone will be funded in escrow to open the contract. Pay-Per-Result Milestones: You are paid a fixed commission milestone on Upwork for every qualified discovery call you book that successfully completes the meeting ("Show-Up"). There is no hourly cap on what you can earn. Volume Bonuses: Additional performance milestone tiers are unlocked and funded for hitting weekly/monthly booking targets. Warm Data Provided: You are calling pre-vetted business owners who have recently shown specific growth signals (hiring, local ad spend, etc.), not a blind list. Key Responsibilities Outbound Engagement: Execute outbound calling to a warm list of home improvement business owners. Appointment Setting: Qualify contractors and secure discovery calls for our strategists. Pipeline Management: Utilize Notion to log call outcomes, track updates, and trigger backend follow-up automations. Requirements Performance Mindset: High comfort level with pure commission/pay-per-result structures. Niche Familiarity: Past experience speaking with contractors or blue-collar business owners is highly preferred. Systems Fluidity: Comfortable working out of Notion and VoIP dialer platforms. Fluent English: Exceptional verbal communication and gatekeeper navigation skills.
