Commission-Based Appointment Setter (Life Insurance / Mortgage Protection)

Looking for a commission-based appointment setter to book qualified appointments for life insurance, term life, mortgage protection, or whole life insurance. This is a remote 1099 commission-only role. Responsibilities: Cold call and/or follow up with prospects Book qualified appointments directly on calendar Basic qualification (homeowner status, interest, etc.) Maintain consistency and daily activity Pay Structure: $10–$30 per booked appointment (based on quality) Percentage of commission bonus for each closed policy What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills Consistency and work ethic Experience in cold calling or appointment setting preferred (not required) Ability to work independently Important: This is a commission-only role. High performers can earn significantly more with consistent performance and closed business.
